Odell Beckham Jr. ‘would love’ to team with New York Giants’ Jaxson Dart

Odell Beckham Jr. has expressed strong enthusiasm for the possibility of returning to the New York Giants to play alongside quarterback Jaxon Dart.

Beckham had a positive response when the idea was brought up during an interview with analyst Kay Adams at the Fanatic Flag Football Classic on Saturday.

“It’s weird that you say that; it sounds great,” Beckham said. “If the opportunity comes up, I’d love to do it. Excited about it. He’s a good guy. He’s young, he loves to dance. I love it all. So he seems like he likes to have fun. If I had the opportunity…”

The game was a notable display for Beckham, who caught the ball with one hand and said it was “hopefully” the starting point for his NFL comeback. He hasn’t played in a regular season game with the Miami Dolphins since 2024 and sat out 2025, but at 33 years old, he’s still eager to return.

Beckham spent his first five NFL seasons with the Giants after being drafted 12th overall in 2014, rushing for three consecutive 1,000-yard seasons before being traded in 2019 and earning multiple Pro Bowl selections. He has repeatedly hinted in recent years that he wants to rejoin the organization.

The current Giants, under head coach John Harbaugh (Beckham’s former coach with the Baltimore Ravens), named Dart as their quarterback after the 2025 rookie performed well. A reunion could add veteran leadership to the receiving corps, although there have been no reports of official interest from teams.
