The Giants are reportedly “all in” on Harbaugh as the ideal leader to stabilize the team. Other reports indicate the organization is monitoring developments closely to secure an interview, which is expected to take place next week — potentially Harbaugh’s first official meeting since the opportunity.

While Harbaugh seeks some personnel influence and a significant say in roster decisions, insiders stress he is collaborative and has no intention of demanding total control or Schoen’s removal.
