Former White House national security adviser Michael Flynn on Tuesday urged President Trump and other top administration officials to step up their response to the case surrounding convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

Flynn, who briefly served as Trump’s national security adviser in 2017, has called for more accountability in response to newly released documents in Epstein’s case.

“Well, I believe Epstein is dead (for now),” Flynn posted on X, echoing conspiracy theories surrounding Epstein’s death in 2020.

“But if a former president or president or other ‘elite’ of any country is involved in child rape and sexual abuse, I’m not the enemy you want,” Flynn added.

“This is not about Epstein and the Democrats, this is about the sexual abuse of children by morally bankrupt psychopaths who think they rule the world. They don’t, we do!” he continued. “@realDonaldTrump is handling the heart of this problem @AGPamBondi and it is a disaster. @SusieWiles Get a grip on this problem and it won’t go away.”

Flynn’s comments underscored how some in the MAGA movement remain unhappy with the Justice Department’s release of hundreds of thousands of documents from the Epstein case in recent days under a provision of a law Trump signed in November.

The Justice Department has released flight logs, photos and court documents from the Epstein case, some of which were heavily redacted to protect the identities of victims. The department said it will release more material in the coming weeks.
