The Indian national cricket team not only lifted the 2026 ICC Men’s T20 World Cup trophy, but also received a huge bonus after defeating the New Zealand national cricket team in the final in Ahmedabad.

The two losing teams in the semi-finals, the South African national cricket team and the England national cricket team, will each receive US$790,000, equivalent to approximately 7.24 billion Indian rupees.

Teams that make it to the Super 8 stage but fail to reach the semi-finals will receive $380,000 each, which is approximately Rs 34.8 crore.
