Memphis Grizzlies forward Brandon Clark was arrested Wednesday in Arkansas, Cross County jail records show.
Cross County Sheriff David West said Clark was charged with speeding, reckless driving and possession of a controlled substance, Action News 5 reported. He was booked at 1:03 p.m. local time.

The arrest comes at the end of a lost season for Clark, 29, who will play just two games in 2025-26. He missed the start of the season with knee inflammation and then suffered a calf injury in the second game in December that sidelined him.
Clark has since seemed likely to return, but the Grizzlies announced last week that he would miss the remainder of the season after new imaging showed he would need additional rehab to adjust to the intense court work.
Clark was once a reliable rotation player for the Grizzlies, but has been on and off over the past three years. He tore his Achilles tendon in March 2023, causing him to miss the end of the season and all but six games of the 2023-24 season. He returned healthy for the 2024-25 season, but missed the end of the season again with a PCL strain.
The Grizzlies selected Clark with the 21st overall pick in 2019. He is tied with Ja Morant as the longest-tenured player on the roster.
