As we look ahead to Week 18, FPL managers are preparing to build their teams and maximize their points.
I will also be making some changes for the new game week as some of my players are either injured or not performing well.

Game Week 17 Review
In Week 17, my team did a great job. I used one of my chips – Bench Boost – so I didn’t miss out on any potential points, although I did expect more from some players.
I reserve again david Raya As my GW17 goalie. Arsenal challenged Everton away and narrowly won 1-0. Raya performed well and was named the best player of the game.
He made several crucial saves to earn my team 7 FPL points.
Arsenal host Brighton at GW18 in what promises to be a challenging game, so I will leave Raya on the bench for Game 18.
My defensive line consisted of three players, but they didn’t perform as well as I had hoped. chalobah 3 points after a 2-2 draw with Newcastle.

He lost two points for conceding two goals, but received two points for his defensive contribution. I would keep him at GW18 as his team faces Aston Villa.
my second defender DiakiteThe team played against Burnley at home, but failed to keep a clean sheet in the 1-1 draw. After playing 90 minutes, he only scored 2 points.
Guy Crystal Palace only has 1 point after losing 1-4 to Leeds United. He failed to keep a clean sheet and was also booked during the game.
Despite this, I still included him as a key part of my defense when Crystal Palace hosted Tottenham at the 2018 World Cup.
In midfield I introduced Phil Foden for GW17. In Manchester City’s 3-0 home win over West Ham United, he played the full 90 minutes and kept a clean sheet, scoring just three points.

I’ll keep him in GW18, hoping for stronger returns.
Mingtai Another new signing, he scored 3 points in Brighton’s 0-0 draw with Sunderland.
Bruno Guimarães In the GW17 game, he only scored 2 points, which is surprising for a player of his caliber.
SemenhoStill, impressed. He scored the team’s only goal in a 1-1 draw with Burnley and was awarded three bonus points, bringing his total FPL points to 10 in Gameweek 17.
gravenberg Also at a loss. Although Liverpool defeated Tottenham, they only scored 2 points after playing 90 minutes and failed to keep a clean sheet.
In the front, I came in handy ekitic and Haalandand both performed well.

ekitic Liverpool scored a goal against Tottenham and eventually won 2-1. He also picked up three bonus points, taking his total to nine FPL points throughout the game week.
HaalandMy main attacking asset and captain, he once again performed well against West Ham United, his most goalscoring Premier League team ever with 11 goals.
He was involved in all three goals in Manchester City’s 3-0 win and contributed two goals and one assist. He also picked up 3 bonus points, bringing his total FPL points at GW17 to 32, a great return as captain.
I’m using my Bench Boost chip in GW17 and it works great. My substitute –Roffs, cash, O’Reillyand Thiago——A total of 17 points.

GW-18 FPL Preview
Going forward, I strongly recommend managers to use their FPL chips before the GW19 deadline as they will reset in GW20. Use them or lose them.
For GW18, the only new players I brought into the team were Dominic Calvert-Lewin. I changed Thiagohe has been blank for several weeks.
Calvert-Lewin has been in excellent form of late, scoring six goals in his last five Premier League games.
He has been consistent and performed well against Sunderland in 2018 and I support his continued strong form and reward my decision to bring him in.
Haaland Going into GW18, I was still my captain. He plays away to Nottingham Forest, which could be a tricky game for City, but I’m sure he can make an impact again.

He currently leads the league with 19 goals and 4 assists.
