“Ghost poops” may sound like an inherently scary form of bowel movement, but according to gastroenterologists, they’re actually very healthy.
Ghost poop refers to defecation that does not leave slip marks on the toilet or streaks on toilet paper. Julia Barten, Physiotherapist Stanford Pelvic Health Centercall these “unicorn poops” or “wiperless poops.”
