Charlotte FC will be looking for its first win of the season on Saturday against the LA Galaxy.
Charlotte earned a point in Game 1 against St. Louis, which ended in a tie.
Linebacker Nathan Byrne said the team hopes to improve on “winning, haha!”

“If we have a lot of possession it stops them a lot of chances and creates a lot of chances for us, but at the end of the day, I know it’s a joke but we just want to win,” he said.
Charlotte FC’s home opener will be Saturday, March 7. Single game tickets are as low as $26. That number is higher than last year’s ticket prices, the Charlotte Business Journal reported. The $15 tickets are being stored in the upper level of U.S. Bank Stadium and will not be used this season, the club said.
