Rams QB Matthew Stafford, Seahawks K Jason Myers honored for November

On Thursday, the NFL announced the AFC and NFC Players of the Month for November, as well as the NFL Rookie of the Month. In the NFC, two NFC West players have been honored, one of which the Arizona Cardinals will face this weekend and two games before the season ends.

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Month, while Seattle Seahawks kicker Jason Myers was named the NFC Special Teams Player of the Month.

In November, Stafford passed for 1,207 yards, 15 touchdowns, two interceptions, a passer rating of 115.5, and a completion rate of 66.7%. He leads the NFL in passing touchdowns and passer rating. His 15 touchdown passes were the most by Stafford in a month, and he became the ninth quarterback in NFC history to throw at least 15 touchdown passes in a month.

In November, he led the Rams to a 4-1 record.

In November (Weeks 9-13), Myers made 15 of 16 field goals and scored an additional 16 points, giving him 61 points for the month, which ranked first in the NFL. He became the fourth kicker in NFC history to score at least 60 points in a month. His 15 field goals in a single month are tied for the third-most by an NFC kicker in NFL history.
