A nationally popular gas station and store in Georgia is one of dozens of locations rated F by the Better Business Bureau.
The gas station giant is known for its food, cleanliness and iconic beaver mascot.

But the BBB said three dozen locations, including in Fort Valley, Ga., failed to meet the standards.
The BBB says its ratings are based on factors such as complaint history and how disputes are handled.

The latest complaints on Buc-ee’s website were filed in January and February, with many involving product issues.

A Buc-ees official said the company does not respond to Better Business Bureau complaints, BBB reported.
