Howard is No. 105th He is the No. 86 overall player in the 2027 class and the No. 86 overall player in the class from Florida, according to the 247Sports Composite Rankings. He also had offers from Louisville, Minnesota, Mississippi State and Missouri.

The three-star prospect will make an unofficial visit to campus this weekend and will make an official visit June 12-14th. Howard had 25 catches for 510 yards and seven touchdowns last season for Palmetto High School.
Nebraska football’s 2027 recruiting class ranks No. 6 nationally in the 247Sports Rankings. They formed a solid team. Adding Howard to the mix would give an already talented class another playmaker from one of the most talent-rich states in the country.
