With the number of heavyweights in Real Madrid’s dressing room, it seems impossible to keep every player happy and satisfied with their performance.
While Carlo Ancelotti is an expert in the aforementioned man-management aspects, Xavi Alonso and now Alvaro Arbeloa are clearly not. In fact, this is why the rift in the dressing room has grown and the disconnect between the manager and the players.

Dani Carvajal has shown clear signs of dissatisfaction under Arbeloa and Marca have now revealed the same is true of David Alaba.
Austrians are frustrated
Indeed, Spanish media have confirmed that Alaba is annoyed by the current situation under Arbeloa’s men and does not understand why he has been overlooked in the manager’s plans.
He can’t understand why coaches aren’t counting on him, even though his defense has struggled, especially when he’s healthy and can bring his leadership and experience to the field.

While Alaba’s situation is broadly similar to Carvajal’s, it doesn’t stand out as prominently and prominently as the captain’s, for obvious reasons. After all, Alaba is neither captain nor is Carvajal guaranteed a future at the club beyond this season.
