Massimiliano Allegri confirmed that Nicolas Falkrug and Strakhinja Pavlovich will be unavailable against Como, while Rafael Leao is “fine” and Santiago Jimenez will not return to action until “the end of March”.
Milan are preparing for Thursday’s Serie A match against Como.

This is a rescheduled match from week 16, with Milan not participating in the Italian Super Cup in December, joining Napoli, Inter Milan and Bologna in the Italian Super Cup.
Milan remains unbeaten in the past 18 league games, but drew with Genoa and Fiorentina in the first two rounds.

Allegri provided the latest team news at Wednesday’s pre-match press conference.

“Fulkrug and Pavlovich are both out and he has nine stitches on his head,” Allegri said via MilanNews.
“Folkrug has a serious toe injury which will keep him out today. Hopefully he will be back on Sunday, otherwise it will be against Roma.”

Italian sources recently said that Rafael Leao may miss the game due to an adductor problem, but Allegri said that “Rafa is fine”, which means that the Portuguese is expected to start tomorrow.

Mexico international Gimenez has been out for several weeks and is still far from returning.
“Jimenez is progressing well, but he is still a long way from returning,” Allegri concluded.
“We will discuss this again in March, end of March.”
