Michigan State transfer offensive lineman Justin Bell has committed to an ACC program led by a former Big Ten head coach.
Allen Trieu of 247Sports reported Monday night that Bell has committed to Virginia Tech. Bell is one of the current Spartan players to land at a new Final Four school during the transfer portal window.

Bell’s relationship with Virginia Tech offensive line coach Matt Moore “helped pave the way for this commitment,” according to Trieu. Bell has known Moore since high school.
Bell, who hails from Macomb, Mich., is a three-star recruit in Michigan State’s 2025 recruiting class. He was the No. 90 offensive tackle and No. 24 player in the state of Michigan.
Bell did not play in any games last season as a true freshman and has four years of eligibility remaining.
