In recent years, the Oregon Ducks have had multiple offensive linemen selected for the NFL draft, with offensive tackle Josh Conerly Jr. selected as the 29th overall pick in the first round of 2025, becoming the highlight of the roster. Isaiah World and Alex Harkey both want to hear their names called in the 2026 draft, while center Iapani Laloulu declined to commit to another season in Eugene.

All in all, the Ducks’ offensive line has been strong in recent seasons, as evidenced by being a finalist for the Joe Moore Award three years in a row. And things are about to get better, as 2027 five-star offensive lineman Ismael Camara has been scheduled to take an official visit to Eugene from June 19-21.

Kamara is a consensus five-star prospect who is the fourth-ranked interior offensive lineman and the No. 29 overall player according to the 247Sports Composite rankings. He is from Gilmer, Texas, playing for Gilmer High School and is the sixth-ranked player in the state.

Other programs reportedly vying for the 6-foot-6, 340-pound prospect are Alabama, Texas and LSU, though he has plenty of offers to choose from.

The 2027 five-star offensive lineman announced his official visit date with the Oregon Ducks.

The Ducks currently have five players in the 2027 class, which ranks No. 14 nationally.

They only have one four-star edge player in Cameron Pritchett, and the addition of Kamara would be huge for boosting Oregon’s recruiting rankings and future products for Ducks football, as the Texan is extremely talented and efficient on the field.
