After an epic loss to the Cleveland Browns at Petco Field, the Cincinnati Bengals are finally able to close the door on a horrific 2025-26 season.

Although the season is finally over, the Bengals capped a tough season for the Browns with a division win and a record-breaking afternoon.

Myles Garrett is just 0.5 sacks away from becoming the all-time sack leader in a season, and there’s no doubt in every Bengals fan’s mind that he’ll eclipse that mark this afternoon against the likes of Burrow.

It did take longer than expected and Garrett had to work hard to break the record, but he was finally able to get to Burrow late in the fourth quarter, and the Browns’ sideline was sure to celebrate.

The entire Browns team took time to celebrate Garrett’s achievement, and the game even briefly stopped to end the celebration, which Zac Taylor didn’t seem to like.

“We have five minutes left in the season. We’re here fighting for our lives. I was never told we were going to stop playing,” Taylor said after the Bengals’ 11th loss of the season.

Bengals fans apparently didn’t take the comment seriously after Taylor elected to punt the football on 4th-and-1 in Browns territory early in the fourth quarter…

No matter how you feel about the celebration or Taylor’s comments, the season is finally over and the Bengals will now start looking ahead to the 2026 NFL Draft.
