A popular tourist stop known for its oversized convenience store and beaver mascot is facing criticism online.
Multiple Buc-ee’s locations across the Southeast, including one in Georgia, have received an “F” rating from the Better Business Bureau (BBB) due to unanswered customer complaints.
The BBB said the lower rating was due to the company’s failure to respond to dozens of complaints filed by customers over the past few years.

As of March 11, 38 Buc-ee’s stores in Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee and Texas were given an “F” rating, USA Today reported.

The BBB said the rating relates to 88 customer complaints that have yet to receive a response from the company.
The oldest unanswered complaint dates back to March 2023, while the most recent complaint was filed in February 2026.
