The reason the New England Patriots lost to the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl 60 wasn’t just because of a missed opportunity or two or a negative performance, it was because the eventual world champions were the better team in every aspect. Sure, some players like Christian Gonzalez did their best to keep the Patriots competitive, but ultimately it wasn’t enough to secure a championship.
Now heading into the offseason, the Patriots are about to reinvent themselves, as head coach Mike Vrabel has said. There are several areas that need to be met for the purposes of this survey, so let’s keep things simple and focus on just one: the most obvious area.
