SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) — Victor Wembanyama had 18 points and eight rebounds and the San Antonio Spurs beat the Sacramento Kings 132-104 on Tuesday night.
Wembanyama made 7 of 14 shots, hit two three-pointers and dished out three assists to help the Spurs win in Sacramento for the first time in more than two years.

Former Kings star Darren Fox added 15 points, five rebounds and six assists for the Spurs. Keldon Johnson scored 18 points and Dylan Harper scored 15 points.
The Spurs (51-18) have won eight of nine games. They also improved their record to 11 wins and 3 losses in the second half of back-to-back games.
Maxime Leno had 32 points and nine rebounds for the Kings (18-52). Doug McDermott scored 12 points.
Russell Westbrook dished out 10 assists, surpassing Mark Jackson and Steve Nash to rank fifth on the NBA’s all-time assists list.
The Spurs led by 41 points in the third quarter and made 25 of 49 three-pointers, easily winning their 25th road victory of the season.
Sacramento is on one of its best winning streaks of the season, winning four of its previous five games.

Even though Wembanyama only hit one shot in the first quarter, he prevented the tide from continuing. He scored eight points at halftime, hit two 3-pointers in an up-and-down third quarter, and then sat on the bench for much of the fourth quarter.
Harrison Barnes, also previously with the Kings, teamed up with Keldon Johnson and Stephen Castle to get the Spurs going early. The three combined for 9 of 10 shots and scored 22 points. The Spurs led 39-22.
After Lindy Waters III hit a three-pointer early in the second quarter, the Spurs extended their lead to 60-27 and led by 31 points at halftime.
