USM Algiers are preparing for the sixth Algerian Super Cup final, scheduled to take place this Saturday, January 17, 2026, at 4:00 pm (GMT) against city rivals MC Algiers. The showdown will be held at the Nelson Mandela Stadium in Balaki.

The Redblacks have won just two of five games. They defeated ES Sétif in 2013 (2-0) and again in 2016 with the same scoreline against MC Alger.
The capital club suffered three setbacks: in 1981 against RC Kuba (3-1), in 2014 against MC Alger (1-0) and in 2019 against CR Belouizdad (2-1).
The defending Algerian Cup champions are determined to leave their mark in this final and add a third star to their trophy cabinet, especially at a stadium where they have already tasted glory by defeating CRB (2-0) in the Republic Cup final on July 5, 2025.
