The NFL’s annual meeting is next week, and there aren’t many rule changes proposed this year. While last year’s discussion was dominated by a possible ban on Tush Push, this year only two teams have submitted proposals.
One from the Pittsburgh Steelers and one from the Cleveland Browns.

Free agent tampering period rules
During two days of legal negotiations with free agents before the start of the new season, teams this year are allowed to hold video calls with up to five players and make travel plans once terms are agreed upon. The Steelers want the rule to become permanent.
Trading picks further
The Browns proposed allowing teams to trade draft picks over the next five years. Currently, the team can only do it for three years.
This seems…reckless.
