A sleepless Donald Trump took advantage of his return to the White House to make a late-night social post about the truth.

Trump flew back from Switzerland on Thursday night after a visit to the World Economic Forum in Davos, where he abandoned plans to seize control of Greenland and was snubbed by key allies as he launched a multibillion-dollar peace gift.

After returning home, the jet-lagged president posted more than 70 times in the 50 minutes between 12:40 a.m. and 1:30 a.m., with a flood of pro-MAGA retweets clogging his feed. Many posts appear twice in a row on his feed.

Trump, 79, began a posting spree claiming he had helped save TikTok, announcing that the Chinese social media company would now operate in the United States under a majority-American joint venture.

Republican megadonor Larry Ellison’s company Oracle will hold a 15% stake in TikTok US. Trump’s close friend Ellison will also direct Oracle’s “retraining” of TikTok’s trademark algorithm.

“It will now be owned by a group of great American patriots and investors, the largest in the world, and will be an important voice,” Trump wrote on Truth Social. “I only hope that in the near future, those who use and love TikTok will remember me.”

Ironically, Trump tried to ban TikTok in 2020 citing national security concerns, only to use the Chinese-owned app to broaden his appeal to younger voters during the 2024 campaign.

Trump’s posts have included everything from a trailer for his wife Melania’s Amazon documentary to retweeting videos from Fox News and Joe Rogan’s podcast.

There’s also a clip from Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, and a PDF printout of December’s NewsMax cover story on Trump.

The president has also shared negative posts targeting his political opponents, including California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Minnesota Rep. Ilhan Omar and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz.

His feed is also littered with double posts about the 2020 election being stolen, clips of UFC boss Dana White, and claims that he’s been successful in handling the U.S. economy — despite polls showing otherwise.

He also shared content from a fan account of White House Press Secretary Carolyn Leavitt. Unfortunately for Trump, one of the posts read “Americans are back!!!” instead of “America is back!!!”

The Daily Beast has reached out to the White House for comment.

Trump’s post-midnight “Truth Society” attack followed a frenzy on European social media. He spent more than an hour attacking critics and sharing gushing posts after world leaders snubbed his “peace commission” signing ceremony.

Trump posted 51 times between 10:38 a.m. and 1:01 p.m. ET, several of which were screenshots of videos people agreed with that he posted seconds earlier.

He advanced more conspiracy theories about 2020 election fraud and questionable claims that ICE was allowed to use force against protesters in Minnesota.
