The North Carolina Tar Heels men’s basketball program is heading into a big week. After losing 1-1 to Miami last week and then beating Pitt, they have two more games this week, including a road showdown with North Carolina State on Tuesday.
But before they take the field, a key part of the future will be making decisions on recruiting him.

Five-star linebacker Dylan Mingo will have a decision to make on Tuesday as he announces his commitment to a program. He will choose between North Carolina, Baylor, Penn State and Washington and will air live on ESPN with Stephen A. Smith at 11:00 a.m. ET.
Mingo was reportedly scheduled to commit in January, but it was later postponed. While there were rumors he could join a program at any time, he has now made his decision on Tuesday.
The 6-foot-5, 190-pound combo guard is ranked No. 8 nationally, No. 3 combo guard and No. 1 in New York state, according to 247Sports’ recruiting rankings.
As things stand, many believe the Tar Heels are the favorite to sign him on Tuesday. They have the only crystal ball prediction for 247Sports.
