Donald Trump Jr. has declared that the Republican Party is a thing of the past — his father is now leading the America First and Make America Great Again parties.
president donald trump Son made the claim while speaking at the Turning Point USA Festival in Phoenix, Arizona, on Sunday.
Trump Jr. said this is a new era for the conservative movement, which is constantly under attack from Democrats and Republicans in Name Only (RINO). He said the attacks are intensifying as both parties work toward the 2026 midterm elections.

His remarks drew loud cheers from the crowd — followed by “USA! USA! USA!”
“I love it, guys,” Trump Jr. said. “By the way, if there’s someone next to you who doesn’t scream ‘USA,’ you know they’re a Democratic stooge because they just can’t do it. It’s like pouring holy water on a vampire.”
He then urged the crowd to support Republicans in the 26 midterm elections, rather than using what he just described as outdated terms, because it would help his father continue to fight for “Americans who feel left behind” (like “young white men”).
“[Young white men] A generation has been left behind by DEI,” he said. “They’re told ‘Well, you know, you’re not going to check a few boxes, so you might be better, you might be smarter, but you’re not going to get into that college. You won’t get the job, and you certainly won’t get the promotion. But you’d better realize that despite discrimination, you are still privileged. “It’s funny, but it’s happening.”
