These parts of Mass. have more than 20 inches

Some communities in Massachusetts reported more than 20 inches of snow Monday morning as a massive nor’easter continued to batter southern New England.

The storm brought blizzards, dangerous winds and massive power outages that affected hundreds of thousands of people.

Governor Maura Healey declared a state of emergency in Massachusetts ahead of Easter. Numerous travel restrictions and cancellations affecting highways, trains, ships and flights are already in place, and most school districts across the state have canceled classes Monday.
