The Eagles have a pipeline from Alabama to Philadelphia, and Cadyn Proctor could be the next Crimson Tide star to join the Super Bowl. At 6-foot-7 and over 350 pounds, Proctor not only has the size but is athletic enough to run passing routes. Proctor, the No. 29 pick in the draft over Daniel Jeremiah, confirmed Saturday from Indianapolis that the Eagles are paying close attention.
“It was good,” Proctor said of his meeting with the defending NFC East champions. “I think they showed a lot of interest in me. I also enjoyed the atmosphere with them.”
Proctor could be the perfect choice to eventually replace six-time Pro Bowl right tackle Lane Johnson, who turns 36 in May. The Iowa native spent three years with the Crimson Tide and will be a freshman in 2023. Proctor earned unanimous All-American honors in 2025. Proctor is a stalwart on the left side, allowing a total of 37 pressures and five sacks in 2024 and 2025.
