Left-hander Blaine Brown (0-0) started for Tennessee. He faced three batters in the first inning, allowing one run (earned), two walk-offs and a hit. Brown pitched a total of 12 times, including two strikes.

Brady Frederick (2-0) pitched three innings of relief to earn his second win of the season. He struck out 37 batters and pitched 37 pitches (25 strikeouts) with 10 batters.
The Tennessee offense totaled 11 hits, including a home run by Henry Ford. Brown also had a double and an RBI.
Tennessee leads ETSU 71-21 in the baseball series.
The Vols resume action Wednesday for a six-game homestand. Tennessee will face Oakland at Lindsey Nelson Stadium. The first pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m. ET (SEC Network+).
