On March 12, the Georgia Court of Appeals upheld a previous ruling that the dismissal was appropriate and dismissed Lindell’s lawsuit to reinstate her employment.

Rinderle can now appeal the decision by filing a writ with the Georgia Supreme Court, but it must be filed within 20 days of the ruling, which is March 12, court records show.

This means Rinderle must submit documents to the GSC by April 1 in order to be listed for further legal review.
