Mohamed Salah has always been regarded as the hardest working man in the Liverpool dressing room.
Even though he is in his thirties, he is still in great shape. His commitment to staying healthy has not wavered and his discipline is second to none.

Conor Bradley recently mentioned that Salah is still the first person to arrive at the AXA training center every morning, something that hasn’t changed over the years.
During his eight seasons at Liverpool, similar stories emerged repeatedly. The only player who comes close to his fitness routine is Sadio Mane.
This season, however, Dominik Szoboszlai has taken on a more prominent role at Liverpool. Along with Milos Korquez, he started to have a real competition with Salah to see who came on first each day.

There is a growing awareness that this season may be the time when Salah’s influence at Liverpool begins to wane.

But that’s part of football, there’s always someone ready to step up. This time around, Szoboszlai appears to be filling that role.
It helps that the two are closely related. According to The Times, some of Salah’s habits are starting to rub off on the young player.
According to reports, Szoboszlai, Salah and Kolkoz are now regularly the top three players in training every day.
They are also said to spend a lot of time together off the pitch, often seen at the training ground coffee bar or eating at each other’s homes.
Kerkez’s efforts paid off
Szoboszlai has become known for his physical attributes since joining Liverpool, although there were early signs that he was hesitant to fully commit to a gym session. Now, he appears to be taking the requests seriously, and the results are starting to show.

The same goes for Kerkez. He has been training hard to adapt to Anfield.
He is a determined player who clearly wants to establish himself after a difficult start at Liverpool.
With two strong role models in Szoboszlai and Salah, Kolquez has a solid path to follow. While Salah’s influence on the pitch may be waning, his presence in training is still felt – even as others begin to play alongside him.
