Sony on Thursday launched its DualSense Edge wireless controller in midnight black color in India. The new color option for the Pro Controller is part of the new Midnight Black range of PS5 accessories, which also includes the PlayStation Portal Remote Player, Pulse Elite Wireless Headset, and Pulse Explore Wireless Earbuds. However, in India, only the DualSense Edge controller and PlayStation Portal are available in the new black color scheme.
Midnight Black DualSense Edge India price, availability
The Midnight Black variant of the DualSense Edge Wireless Controller is priced at Rs. 18,990 – Same as the original white color of the controller. The PS5 controller is now available for purchase in the SC website Shop and other participating retailers. The DualSense Edge controller comes with a midnight black carrying case.
Midnight Black DualSense Edge Details
The new controller color was released in January as part of the Midnight Black series of PS5 accessories. The series includes the DualSense Edge wireless controller, PlayStation Portal remote player, Pulse Elite wireless headphones and Pulse Explore wireless earbuds.
Existing PS5 accessories, such as the standard DualSense controller and PS5 case, are already available in Midnight Black. Pre-orders for the new Midnight Black series of PS5 accessories started on February 16th.
In India, only the DualSense Edge controller and the PlayStation Portal remote player are listed in Midnight Black options on the Shop on the SC website. Pulse Elite Wireless Headphones and Pulse Explore Wireless Earbuds may be available later.
Earlier this week, Sony discounted the PlayStation Plus Extra and Deluxe tier subscription prices in India. The former gets a 25% discount and the latter gets a 35% discount. The new prices are only applicable to 12-month subscription plans for PS Plus Extra and Deluxe members.
