In one of the most intense games of the season, the Brazilian forward once again put in a stellar performance to lead Real Madrid to a dramatic 3-2 victory over Atletico Madrid.

“I’m very happy because I’ve been working towards games like this all season and when this time of the season came I didn’t know what was going to happen to me.
“I’m always improving, I’m always scoring goals, I’m providing assists and that’s what our players are here for.
“The president always told me I had to score two goals, so I scored those two goals for him.”
However, despite Real Madrid’s momentum, there are some concerns.
As the season enters its most critical period, any disruption will have an impact. Speaking about the upcoming international break and its timing, Vinicius admitted,
“It’s a shame; we’re in good shape now… hopefully we can all come back injury-free because this is the most important period of the season,” he concluded.
