Concerns are growing within Real Madrid after Trent Alexander-Arnold and Eduardo Camavinga were injured during Wednesday night’s 3-0 win over Athletic Bilbao in La Liga.

According to the newspaper MarcaAlexander-Arnold suffered a muscle strain after a collision with Bilbao player Alejandro Rego, resulting in a sprained right ankle. He was forced to leave the field in the 55th minute and was replaced by Raul Asensio.
Camavinga also suffered an ankle sprain, forcing coach Xavi Alonso to bring on Turkish midfielder Arda Guler as a replacement.

This leaves Real in a difficult position at right-back, a situation further complicated by Dani Carvajal’s continued absence. With games against Celta Vigo on December 7 and Manchester City on December 10 approaching, Alonso may have to turn to Valverde or Asensio as a temporary solution on the right wing.
