Rams starting lineman suffers injury in first quarter vs. Seahawks

The Los Angeles Rams have been without starting right tackle Rob Havenstein the past few weeks, and now they may be missing another starter.

In the first quarter of Los Angeles’ game against the Seattle Seahawks on Thursday night, quarterback Matthew Stafford hit wide receiver Puka Nakua in the red zone for a five-yard gain. During the game, Rams right guard Kevin Dotson injured his lower body and had to leave the field with the help of trainers.

Dotson was replaced by Justin Dedic, who was flagged for an illegal pass on a Stafford pass to tight end Terrance Ferguson on the next play.

Dedic started seven games in his first two seasons in the NFL.
