Tottenham Hotspur host Liverpool at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium earlier this evening as they look to get a good result at home in the Premier League. Spurs started slowly and found themselves outnumbered in the 33rd minute, with the referee showing Harvey Simmons a red card. Thomas Frank’s side went into half-time with a score of 0-0.
Alexander Isak scored with a wonderful shot in the 56th minute. Alexander Isak doubled his team’s advantage just ten minutes later. Richarlison pulled a goal back for the north London club late in the game before Cristian Romero was sent off in stoppage time. The game ended with Tottenham losing 1-2 in front of their home fans.
