The Eagles have an opening at the offensive coordinator position and are ready to sit down with whoever could be their top target. Brian Daboll will become the third coach to be interviewed after Kevin Pattullo was relieved of his duties as Eagles offensive coordinator on Tuesday.
Pattullo could still remain with the team, but his time as a play-caller is over.

Philadelphia’s fifth-year head coach far exceeded expectations, but it’s clear that high-level assistant coaches play a much more important role than we thought, and Sirianni was once again forced to look outside the organization and his Rolodex to find viable candidates.
The Eagles have interviewed Mike Kafka and Zach Robinson.
Brian Daboll | Former Giants head coach
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts (1) talks with New York Giants head coach Brian Daboll after the Thursday Night Football game between the New York Giants and Philadelphia Eagles at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford on Oct. 9, 2025.
Daboll, who previously coached Jalen Hurts (Alabama), will be the Giants head coach in 2022 after four seasons as the Bills’ offensive coordinator in Buffalo. Daboll is credited with helping develop MVP quarterback Josh Allen, who struggled with accuracy when drafted out of Wyoming in 2018. In 2020, in his third season as coordinator, Daboll helped the Bills average 31.3 points per game, advance to the AFC Championship Game and earn Assistant Coach of the Year honors. Daboll is a mentor to the Eagles head coach, while McDaniel has been on Howie Roseman’s radar for years.
