The Carolina Panthers have ruled out two linebackers for Saturday’s regular-season finale against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Inside linebacker Claudine Cherales and cornerback Robert Rochell will not participate in Saturday’s matchup at Raymond James Stadium. Cherelles is dealing with calf and ankle injuries, while Rochell is out due to a concussion he suffered in last weekend’s 27-10 loss to the Seattle Seahawks.

Meanwhile, running back Rico Dowdle will be a try. The team’s leading edge rusher began the practice week without a toe issue but returned in full on Wednesday and Thursday.
