Dayton police and paramedics were dispatched to the scene of an accident at E. Stewart Street and S. Main Street around 7:26 p.m.

Photos from the scene showed police cordoning off parts of East Stewart.
A white pickup truck sustained damage to the front end and a blue car suffered damage to the passenger side.
A police officer told our news crew at the scene it was a serious accident.
