Non-league Macclesfield to host cup holders Palace

Sixth-tier club Macclesfield will face defending champions Crystal Palace in the third round of the FA Cup.

There are four games in the Premier League, including Tottenham vs. Aston Villa, Sunderland vs. Everton, Newcastle vs. Bournemouth and Manchester United vs. Brighton.

Sixth Division side Weston-Super-Mare will travel to Division Two Grimsby.

Premier League leader Arsenal visits Portsmouth, Manchester City hosts Exeter City, the league’s first team, and Liverpool hosts third-tier Barnsley.

All games will be played around the weekend starting on Saturday 10th January 2026.

Unlike previous years, there will be no replays if a game ends in a draw. All games will go into overtime and, if necessary, a penalty shootout.
