Caitlin Clark has a lot of talent even when she’s not on the court in the WNBA, and she entered new territory Sunday night during NBC’s NBA coverage.
The Indiana Fever superstar made his NBC debut as part of the network’s coverage before the New York Knicks defeated the Los Angeles Lakers.

While Clark seemed popular with fans, she wasn’t the biggest fan of NBA legend Reggie Miller that night. Miller compared Kaitlin Clark to Boston Celtics guard Payton Pritchard, but she didn’t seem to like it.

Social media went crazy when Clark appeared to shoot a death stare in Miller’s direction. However, the two
“Basketball Night in America” host Maria Taylor asked Miller which NBA player he thought Clark’s game resembled. That’s when the dynamics of the pregame planning changed.
“I like Payton Pritchard coming out of Boston,” Miller said. “The way he handles the basketball. When the clock is winding down, he takes great shots… just like this young lady here.”

Miller did make up for it, though, saying afterward that he was Indiana’s third-best shooter. The former Pacers star named Kaitlin Clark and Tyrese Haliburton as the better shooters in the clip.
