Metz Industrial Group, a division of Bussel Realty Corp., recently completed four lease transactions totaling more than 47,500 square feet of warehouse space
The properties are located in Linden and Kearney, according to a statement from Mace on Tuesday.
In Linden, the group represented CHS Development in leasing 20,000 square feet in Tower B at 2500 Brunswick Ave. to international freight forwarder Weida Freight Systems.
CBRE represented Vectra Freight Systems in the transaction.
The group also arranged a 1-acre outdoor storage lease at 1600 Lower Road on behalf of 1600 Lower Road Associates, with regional container and port services provider Alpha Cargo Transport to occupy the space.
In Kearny, the group leased two units at 76-104 Third Avenue on behalf of landlord RHS Hope LLC.
PuroClean, a Newark-based property restoration and remediation franchise, signed a lease for 20,000 square feet, while Festive Planet, a distributor of seasonal and promotional merchandise, took 7,500 square feet.
CRP New Jersey represented both tenants.
The Brunswick Avenue property is part of a 208,000-square-foot, seven-building complex.
The Third Avenue property in Kearny sits on 5.4 acres and totals 100,030 square feet.
