NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) – The New Orleans Police Department is investigating a series of armed robberies that occurred on Friday, March 20.
The first report was in the 7700 block of Chase Street. The victims told NOPD officers that they were at the park with friends around 5:45 p.m. when they were approached by a woman they knew.

Just then, three vehicles pulled up and several men left with guns drawn, demanding property. The victim complied and the subject left the area.
Hours later, around 9:30 p.m., NOPD officials said a victim was working in the 1300 block of St. Anthony Street when four men wearing ski masks approached and demanded property
The victim surrendered his belongings and reportedly left with an unknown destination.
The last incident occurred on Maurepas Street around 11:12 p.m.

According to the victim, she was walking up the steps of her home when a man with a gun approached and demanded her property.
NOPD officials said the subject reportedly took the victim’s belongings, causing her to fall, and the subject then fled in an unknown direction.
No arrests were made in either incident. No further details are available at this time.
