Michael Irvin spanked a Gatorade cooler to recap Miami’s CFP win

Michael Irvin was one of many Miami Hurricanes football alumni in attendance at AT&T Stadium on Wednesday for the College Football Playoff quarterfinal game against Ohio State. As the greatest representative of the program’s glory days, no one is more excited to see the team return to its championship path.

After the Hurricanes beat the second-seeded Buckeyes as a 9.5-point underdog, Irving celebrated by hilariously reenacting what happened on the court with the waistband of his pants. Because in the case of the Hall of Fame receiver, the Miami Heat have the belt on their butt, even though he used slightly different language to describe what happened.

To win on the home court of the Dallas Cowboys, where Irving has spent his entire NFL career, the game has to be made even sweeter. So once the belt came off, he got another message: “I told you not to come to this stadium.”

These are the words Irving said while wearing Ohio State gear and hitting a Gatorade refrigerator.

No one is more interesting than the playmaker.
