Max Crosby is back in action after the Las Vegas Raiders’ deal to trade the star pass rusher to the Baltimore Ravens fell through.
If Adam “Pac-Man” Jones is to be believed, this could open the door for the Cincinnati Bengals to swoop in and acquire Crosby.

“My sources say the Bengals are about to trade Max Crosby,” Jones said in a video posted on social media.
Jones did not provide any additional information about a potential trade between the Bengals and Raiders. The former NFL cornerback, who spent eight of 13 seasons in Cincinnati, said only that he had “very good sources” telling him.
“I’m just saying what my sources say,” Jones said. “Let’s see if my sources are correct.”
The Bengals lost two of their top edge rushers in free agency in Trey Hendrickson and Joseph Osei. Less than 24 hours after Baltimore rescinded the Crosby trade, Osei signed a three-year deal to join the New York Jets, while Hendrickson joined the Ravens.

Cincinnati signed former Seattle Seahawks edge rusher Boye Maffei in free agency to help replace the duo. They also have first-round picks in 2023 and 2025 in Myles Murphy and Shemar Stewart.
Will this be enough to stop the Bengals from trading Crosby? Only time will tell. But if they want a high-end upgrade, they have enough cap space — $24.2 million, according to OverTheCap.com — to pursue the five-time Pro Bowler.
No matter what Cincinnati does, Jones said he’s very excited for the 2026 NFL season.
“Oh, we’re going to be really good this year,” Jones said of the Bengals. “I can’t wait for football season.”
