The calendar is about to flip to March, which means the college basketball conference tournament and March Madness are right around the corner. Last year, all four No. 1 seeds advanced to the Final Four, with the Florida Gators winning the title by defeating the Houston Cougars 65-63.
Both teams will be back in the tournament again this year, but the No. 3 Michigan Wolverines (+375 at BetMGM) are currently the favorite to beat the Nets. The Wolverines were ranked No. 1 with a 26-2 record, but lost to the Duke Blue Devils 68-63. Duke is now the nation’s No. 1 team and BetMGM’s No. 2 team at +425.
