Maldini adds to Lazio worries with fresh injury

Lazio are without Daniel Maldini, Toma Bashic, Pedro, Nicolo Rovira and Mario Gira for tomorrow’s Serie A trip to Turin with an ankle injury to the striker.

The match kicks off on Sunday at 17:00 GMT (18:00 CET) at the Stadio Olimpico in Turin.

The Azzurri are preparing for Wednesday’s Coppa Italia semi-final against Atalanta but know their Serie A form is suffering of late.

They have only achieved two draws in the last three rounds and have not scored in two consecutive games.

Maldini poses a new problem as he didn’t even take part in the trip due to an ankle problem, which is a particular blow for him considering he was expected to start.

The good news is Brayedia is back with the team, although he’s not fully recovered after battling flu symptoms and a fever over the past few days.

Lazio’s line-up against Torino: Franetto, Motta, Provedel; Lazzari, Marusic, Nuno Tavares, Patrick, Pellegrini, Profstegaard, Romagnoli; Belayane, Cataldi, Dele-Bashiru, Falkomeni, Przborek, Taylor; Cancellieri, Dia, Isakson, Noslin, Ratkov, Zakani
