Kompany’s ability to balance man management with tactical rigor is fantastic; a skill that only a few can successfully execute. Bayern have Julian Nagelsmann who is so cool with his team that he forgets to organize his tactics, while Thomas Tuchel has a set of tactics but is cold to his team. Kompany is indeed a blessing to Bayern.
