Kentucky Football lands transfers Mark Manfred and Spencer Radnoti

Kentucky football once again picked up two commitments, this time on Sunday.

It’s continuing a busy offseason with roster reloading through the portal. Missouri cornerback Mark Manfred III and Georgia State tight end Spencer Radnotti have both announced they are heading to Lexington.

Manfred III is a 6-foot-1, 175-pound cornerback from Marietta, Georgia, who just completed his freshman season at Missouri. He still has four years of eligibility remaining after redshirting. Manfred, a former three-star recruit, was a two-way star at Sprebury High School, amassing 143 tackles, three interceptions and 14 tackles for loss while also racking up over 1,300 receiving yards on offense. Kentucky has been aggressively rebuilding its secondary, with Manfred becoming the sixth defensive back added through the portal.

Kentucky also added Radnoti, Georgia State’s starting long snapper in 2025, addressing a key need on special teams. The Georgia native chose Kentucky over Michigan and has three years of eligibility remaining. He fills a major hole after Alex McLaughlin exhausted his eligibility last season.

Special teams have been a major focus this offseason. Kentucky will bring back kicker Jacob Kauwe in 2026 and add USF transfer Adam Zouagui, and is also pursuing Murray State punter Tom O’Hara as the program looks to return to an Aussie-style punting offense.
