I am anxious. I’m very worried about Microsoft…very worried. My trust owns it. I gave a big speech on Friday… where I explained why I was very worried about owning Microsoft and thought maybe I should sell some, if not all of it. This is going to be a big change for me, a huge change.

Microsoft Corporation (NASDAQ: MSFT ) develops software, hardware and cloud-based solutions. The company offers products such as Windows, Azure, Office, LinkedIn and Xbox. Cramer discussed the company’s stock price decline during the February 6 incident, saying:
That evening we heard from Microsoft, but the market wasn’t amused. Revenue growth at Mr. Softee’s Azure cloud unit has slowed, in part because it sends important NVIDIA chips to other business units, including Copilot, and is therefore unable to meet Azure demand. Copilot, meanwhile, doesn’t seem to have much demand. They brag about having 15 million paying users for their AI platform, which sounds pathetic to me since they’ve crammed this thing into every aspect of Microsoft Office.
While we acknowledge MSFT’s potential as an investment, we believe certain AI stocks offer greater upside potential and less downside risk.
