INGLEWOOD, Calif. (AP) — Jaren Jackson Jr. scored 21 of his 31 points in the first half and Cam Spencer added a career-high 27 points as the Memphis Grizzlies defeated the Los Angeles Clippers 121-103 on Monday night.
Jaylen Wells scored 16 points and rookie Cedric Cowherd added 12 as the Grizzlies defeated the Clippers for the third time in less than three weeks. Ja Morant also scored 12 points for Memphis in his second game back from a calf injury.

With Morant back, Grizzlies center Zach Eddy missed the second game of his long absence with a left ankle injury. Santi Aldama started at center for the second straight game but had only three points and two rebounds.
Kawhi Leonard scored 21 points and Kris Dunn scored 17 for the Clippers, who have lost 12 of their last 14 games.
James Harden scored 13 points, John Collins and Jordan Miller each scored 10 points, and Los Angeles suffered its eighth straight home defeat. The Clippers last won in their own building on Oct. 31.
Before the middle of the third quarter, Leonard’s three-pointer gave the Clippers a 64-63 lead. The Grizzlies then showed off their power and went on a 9-0 run to lead 72-64 and enter the fourth quarter with a 90-76 advantage. Wells scored four points in the game.

Spencer hit four three-pointers in less than six minutes in the fourth quarter and hit a career-high seven of 10 three-point attempts.
Jackson scored 20 points for the first time in six games after averaging 10.2 points on 42.6 percent shooting in the previous five games. He was on the field for just 13 of 18 (72.2%).
