Julius Randle scored 21 points for the Timberwolves. Donte DiVincenzo had 19 points and 11 rebounds and Rudy Gobert had 16 points and 16 rebounds, but Minnesota lost for the second time in nine games. Naz Reed also scored 16 points.
Both teams were without their leading scorer. Minnesota’s Anthony Edwards missed his third straight game with a right foot injury, and Ja Morant missed the Grizzlies’ 121-103 win over the Clippers on Monday with a sprained left ankle.
Memphis was also without Cam Spencer, who missed the game for personal reasons. The guard scored a career-high 27 points in Los Angeles’ win.
Landale drained a career-high fourth 3-pointer with the Grizzlies up 106-103, and after Reed missed for Minnesota, Jackson, who scored a season-high 31 points on Monday, hit a floater with 47 seconds left to seal the win.

Reed’s three-pointer with 7:10 left brought Minnesota within 96-94, but Landale added another three-pointer with 3:22 left to give Memphis a five-point lead.
Memphis forward Brandon Clarke had six points and three rebounds in his first game since March 19 following a knee injury that included arthroscopic surgery in September to relieve synovitis in his right knee.
